2. General

These terms govern the relationship between DreamoSleep (the "Company") and the visitors and customers of the site. Browsing the site and making a purchase constitute acceptance of these terms. The terms are addressed to all customers, of any gender.

Nothing in these terms derogates from the consumer's rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, and its regulations. In the event of a conflict between these terms and the provisions of the law, the law prevails.

3. Eligibility to purchase

Purchases on the site are intended for persons aged 18 and over who hold a valid credit card. A minor may make a purchase only with the approval of a parent or guardian.

4. Products, prices and stock

Prices on the site are quoted in New Israeli Shekels and are final consumer prices. The business operates as an exempt dealer and does not charge VAT; a receipt will be issued for every purchase. The shipping cost, where applicable, is shown on the checkout page before the order is confirmed: pickup from a distribution point — free; home delivery — 29 ₪.

The images on the site are for illustration; there may be slight differences in shade between the display on screen and the actual product. That said, we undertake that the product will match the description, dimensions and specifications shown on the product page. A product that does not match its description entitles you to a full refund under the cancellation policy.

In the event of a clerical error in a price or specification, the Company will contact the customer, and the customer will be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Products are offered subject to availability. If a product runs out of stock after an order has been placed, we will notify you and refund the full payment.

5. Placing an order and payment

An order is considered confirmed once payment confirmation is received from the payment processor and an order confirmation email has been sent. Credit card details are submitted directly to the payment processor in a secure environment and are not stored by us.

The transaction details document, which includes among other things the manufacturer's details and country of manufacture, will be sent to you after the purchase.

6. Delivery and shipping

Delivery terms, shipping times and costs are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

7. Cancellation and returns

A transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product or of receiving the transaction details document, whichever is later. The full terms are set out in our Cancellation & Returns Policy.

8. Warranty and liability

Products are covered by the warranty provided by law: a product that arrives defective or does not match its description on the site entitles you to a full refund or a replacement, with no cancellation fee and at our expense, as set out in the Cancellation & Returns Policy. Beyond these rights, we do not offer an additional commercial warranty period.

The Company's liability is limited to the value of the product actually purchased and does not extend to indirect or consequential damages, except where the law provides otherwise. This limitation does not derogate from the Company's liability under the Consumer Protection Law, the Sale Law or any other binding law.

Products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions on the product or its packaging. The Company is not liable for damage caused by use contrary to these instructions.

The information on the site, including content about sleep and health, is general information only and does not constitute medical advice or a substitute for it.

9. Site availability

We make every effort to keep the site available and functioning, but faults or temporary service interruptions may occur. If a fault prevented you from completing an order, contact us and we will complete it manually.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, design, images, logo and code — is the property of the Company or is used lawfully. It may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

11. Marketing communications

We will send you marketing communications only if you have given explicit consent. Every marketing message will be marked with the word "Advertisement", will include the Company's details and a way to unsubscribe. You can remove yourself from the mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the message or by emailing us, and we will act to remove you immediately.

Operational messages relating to an order you placed (order confirmation, shipping update) are not marketing communications and will be sent in any case.

12. Privacy

The use of the information collected is governed by the site's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

13. Accessibility

The site is being made accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard IS 5568. Full details and ways to contact us appear in the Accessibility Statement on the site.

14. Changes to these terms

The Company may update these terms from time to time. The binding version is the version published on the site at the time the order is placed, and the date of the last update appears at the bottom of the page.
