Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected about you on the DreamoSleep website, what it is used for, who it is shared with and what your rights are. It was written in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, including Amendment 13 to the Law, which came into force in August 2025.

1. Who is responsible for the information

2. What information is collected

Information you provide to us: full name, email address, phone number and shipping address. Providing this information is not required by law, but it is a necessary condition for placing and fulfilling an order — without it we cannot provide the service.

Information provided for payment: payment details are submitted directly to the payment processor in a secure environment and are not stored in our systems.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and time spent, and information collected through cookies. This information is collected to operate, secure and improve the site.

We do not knowingly collect information from minors under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. What the information is used for

  • Processing and fulfilling orders and providing customer service.
  • Sending operational messages: order confirmation, shipping updates, transaction documents.
  • Handling cancellation, return and warranty requests.
  • Improving the site, analyzing usage and measuring performance.
  • Information security and fraud prevention.
  • Marketing emails — only if you have given explicit, separate consent.

4. Who the information is shared with

We share information only with the parties needed to operate the service, and only to the extent necessary:

  • Shopify — the website and store platform, storage of order data.
  • The payment processor — to process and secure the payment.
  • Suppliers and shipping companies — name, address and phone number, solely to deliver the order.
  • Analytics and advertising services (such as Google Analytics and the Meta pixel) — site usage data, and only after receiving your consent.
  • Competent authorities — where there is a legal obligation or a court order.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it with commercial parties unrelated to operating the service. Some providers store information outside Israel, in accordance with the law applicable to the transfer of information abroad.

5. Cookies and consent

The site uses three kinds of cookies:

  • Essential cookies — required for operating the site, the shopping cart and security. The site will not work without them.
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand how the site is used.
  • Marketing cookies — used to personalize advertising and measure campaign performance.

Analytics and marketing cookies are activated only after receiving your consent through the consent banner on the site. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings on the site or by emailing us, and you can also block cookies in your browser settings.

6. Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law you are entitled to:

  • Review the information held about you (Section 13 of the Law).
  • Request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date (Section 14 of the Law).
  • Request deletion of information, to the extent there is no legal obligation to retain it.
  • Unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.

7. Information security

The site is secured with SSL, and information is stored on Shopify systems that meet accepted security standards. We take reasonable measures to protect the information, but absolute immunity from unauthorized access cannot be guaranteed. In the event of a serious security incident, we will act in accordance with the reporting obligations under the law.

8. Retention period

Order information is retained for as long as it is needed to provide the service and to meet accounting and legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized.

9. Updates to this policy

We will update this policy from time to time. The current version will be published on this page together with the date of the update, and in the event of a material change we will give notice on the site.
