Accessibility Statement

The DreamoSleep website attaches great importance to providing equal service to all customers, including people with disabilities. We work to make the site accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773–2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA.

What has been made accessible

The site can be operated with a keyboard, without a mouse.
A hierarchical heading structure and alternative text for product images.
Color contrast in the main text in accordance with level AA.
The site is adapted for viewing on mobile devices and for enlarging text in the browser.
The animations on the site respect the operating system's reduce-motion setting (prefers-reduced-motion).

What is not yet fully accessible

Some pages of the site use third-party components (such as the payment system and the reviews system), which are not fully under our control and may not meet all the requirements of the standard. We work with the providers for continuous improvement. If you encounter a component that is not accessible, please let us know — and we will provide you with the information or service in an alternative way, including by phone or WhatsApp.
